Hourly Care

By offering our support when it’s needed the most, hourly care is ideal for those who don’t require 24-hour assistance.

1.

What is hourly care?

Also known as visiting care, hourly care is designed to fit around your or your loved one’s schedule and requirements, providing additional support when it’s needed the most. Visits can last from 60 minutes to a few hours — some people need us once or several times a day, others once or several times a week.

The flexibility of hourly care means you’re in control of how much or how little support you receive, and your care can easily be adjusted as your needs evolve. It helps you remain independent for longer, with the reassurance that support is only ever a quick visit away.

2.

Hourly care support

Our hourly care services are designed to offer flexible, personalised support, including —

  • Assisting with domestic and personal care tasks
  • Ensuring home-cooked, well-balanced meals
  • Accompanying you to your appointments
  • Getting you out and about in your community
  • Enabling you to continue living independently
  • Providing comfort, company and conversation

3.

How does hourly care work?

Hourly care is a great option if you already receive a little help from loved ones who aren’t always available because of work or family commitments — or if you simply wish to keep living independently, just with a little extra support.

Visits can range from an occasional, casual drop-in for some company, time and conversation, to longer-term and more complex care with scheduled daily visits.

This flexibility gives you the freedom to choose exactly when you want support, and how often. Hourly care is a popular choice for those who don’t need any night-time support.
